Cheap RC FPV Set? (lowest price fatshark?)

Hey, I want a cheap FPV set with a camera I can attach to my quadcopter.
It needs to have:
-Receiver (it can NOT connect to an outlet, it needs to have some battery in it, rechargable or not. There are no outlets in a field...)
-Transmitter
-Camera (a somewhat decent quality, not stuffty or extreme HD)
Also, a small question: What can I use as the monitor? Like, the thing that actually displays what the camera is seeing?
Price range: $100 or below, I'm SURE there are some, I even saw some today, but I need your opinions on what's good and bad.
