Regardless of being the exact same concept, what kind of new options will we see for controllers? Maybe some blimps that lazily fly around for added effect? Cannons?
There seems to be a fantasy and steampunk feel from what I can tell

Exciting times
Can't wait for the game to come back

I hope brighter is on the build team again, he never fails to impress me

There's going to be a wide variety of options for controllers. I can tell you that quite a few new bonus rounds and challenges will be available for the controller to choose from. Whirl and I have some great ideas. But so far not much has been evented. Whirlwind is busy with schoolwork and so am I.
We will have floating ships/blimps floating around thanks to Oceanco.
We tried the cannon idea but I wasn't big fan of explosive projectiles coming from off to the side. Instead there will be floating hot air balloons that drop rockets over the arena. At least that's the plan.
TBD is on the build team again. He built me a few of the smaller floating islands. He also plans on helping me out with building the various houses/shops on the islands. The overall theme is a mix of fantasy/medieval and a little but of steampunk.

The build is in its early stages and not much has been done with events. Whirl and I have almost zero free time. Finals are in May for me and Whirlwind gets out of school at the end of May, so we're hoping to get this done by the end of June for a popular summer release.

Thanks for the positive feedback.

Okay nobody we got it three posts ago, you're too sophisticated and ominous to bother with ANOTHER falling tiles, regardless of it being like Raven's 2nd or 3rd time.
If you thought the last one looked nice, then this more than likely will be the same quality.

atleast whirlwind made the topic so when ravencroft is banned on his 8th(?) key they wont have to make a new topic.

I honestly didn't see the others so I have nothing to base build quality over.
Didn't know this was the second to third one he made.
Nevertheless, people will enjoy it even if I'm not a fan.

You never visited my old Falling Tiles?

Whenever I went on Blockland, I always hoped that the Falling Tiles server would be up, honestly. It was a good time waster.
