2. Ctrl+A to select all. If using Paint.net, click Image>Resize>75x75 and skip steps 3-4
3. Resize it to 75x75.

he can't even rescale it down except crop it which is different



I think I at least cropped it better, scale this instead

There's a DOS Image Editor. Format a <16GB flash drive to FAT32/FAT16 with 8kb or 32kb of Alloc. Unit Size and dump the files there. First IO.SYS since it starts up MS DOS. Reboot PC, open Boot Menu, boot from the USB and edit the image.
