is there some kind of back story to badspot/old jobs or something that I'm missing?
he keeps making references to a bowl of soup with turds in it
before it was telling people they're stupid by telling others to  eat around the turd
and now

You dug a huge hole for yourself and now you're blaming the earth.  You are a turd floating in a soup bowl complaining that the soup is too salty.

or is this something common that I've overlooked
