It's not that it's too long.  Hardly the problem at all, in fact.  Neither winamp nor audacity even recognizes this as an audio file.  What the hell did you do to make this?

It's possible that this was first made in another format (WAV, MP3, AIFF, Etc...) then renamed to *.ogg . It's a dumb mistake but I used to do that... Unfortunately...

Just checked again, looks like a valid audio file, except...


Stereo track, will not work with blockland.
When porting an audio file for blockland make sure to select "Tracks => Stereo Track to Mono". Blockland only accepts mono Ogg Vorbis audio files

Not to mention that this is looped incorrectly, I would recommend more practice before posting.
