I really don't understand the appeal of these things. You spend an entire month fighting primal urges and punishing yourself and in return get several moments of absolute grade-A release whereas I get to have several moments of satisfactory release every day for that month without needing to fight anything.

It really doesn't seem like a fair trade at all.
