DOS was implemented in XP. Which is why you can run DOS programs that would otherwise give an error in Vista+

Either that or he means that DOS was implemented into XP

DOS is not in Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 8.1.

Vista had compatabilty issues at first and was slow, but in later updates they fixed all of that up and now it's a pretty good and stable OS.

our schools still use windows 7, with a bit of XP

also, our whole school is turning apple now

everyones getting ipads next year, teachers have macbooks, 95% of computers are turning to imacs

and our laptops are chromebooks. (i suppose related)
