When I host a server,It works normal. After a hour or so It lags the heck up for me and not any other players,just me.
When I'm not on the screen for a long time it lags also.

Can anyone help?

Listen servers are all kinds of forgeted up. Run a dedicated one if you can.

Is your computer excessively heating up when playing for a bit?
