Picture problem

I know everything to try to fix it but it didn't work
i first used this image then it didnt work so i tried to resize it

then i resized it to 74x74 and it still didnt work


help

Also i pressed F5 on both of those.

I've/I'm experiencing the same thing. I had a GIF of my old avatar Char made me once, and I couldn't see it on my main pc Animate, but I could see it animate on a different machine. I'm trying to change my profile pic w/ something different, and what's weird is I can see your new profile picture.

You've obviously got it working since of your profile picture I'd suggest locking thread.
