that add damage type is mostly harmless and does not impact gameplay, it is mostly a stupidity of the author or some other bug

You mostly have a problem with how generally those reloading weapons suck. Try disabling every add-on expect midway's guns then start a server and see if the problem is still there. If it is, then close blockland, and post your console log.
