What do you think?

Your neighbors are stupid.
You're just being oversensitive.
You're both at major faults.

This sounds like my neighbors but worse.

They let their dog run loose, and at one point where shooting a Cross-Bow. Aimed at another house no less.

Man, this really sucks. My grandmother's place has this same problem.

humans can be loving stupid

can you pm me the gory dog pictures? i'm interested.

TL;DR but I believe people are talking about problems with dogs. Anyways, here's mine that occured a little over 3 years.

Our neighbor (Not our actual neighbor but some dude from the neighborhood) had a bulldog named Lopez. I have 15 dogs but I had 2 with me in the apartment. In that situation, I had Al (A very strong and protectful male) and a puppy (Which is now a mother) named Matilda. Lopez's owner had him without a leash and we always asked him to put on a leash to Lopez. My dad and I walked both dogs once and Lopez was around at that time. Lopez saw the puppy and came close. He came up close enough that Al caught him. This happened in Pacifico Palermo, infront of the resting area for the Bus line 12. It was me, my dad and all of the off-duty bus drivers trying to pull them apart. Long story short, Lopez died due to infection and large loss of blood and his owner put us in court. We won because the dipstuff didn't have his dog on a leash.

Yes, this is fine by me, even if it did happen to us.  If you're warned repeatedly to keep your dog on a leash and it gets hurt or killed, it's entirely your fault.  In my case though, it was a freak accident that never would have happened if the neighbor dogs were on leashes.  Granted, my dog got away.  I don't think we should get a ticket for a complete accident and have it be called "Running at large".
