Dedicated server not appearing on the server list

When I run my normal dedicated server to start up my hunger games, it won't appear on the server list after starting up. It said posting to master/rtb server. My server computer is connected to the internet. The server though, isn't showing up on LAN either. Here is my console:

Same here but there is somthing else in the console for me
