What would happend if you used your authentication key on a different computer (on the same IP) and added a seperate Username?

Nothing. You shouldn't have any problems, although the username would change on the other computer too, just beware.

If you change your name and join the same server as your other computer one of you will be kicked out. Try to keep the same name if you're playing online with family. Yes, clan tags would help. Use clan tags to differentiate.

Correct, if you're playing from multiple computers in the same house then it helps to use clan tags.

It doesn't even have to be the same server
Back when brickitect and I shared keys, my brother changed his name while I was on unlimited mining and he joined this RPG place and I still got kicked out
