Wtf save??

So i started up my game as usual and was about to load one of the builds i have been working on, and i noticed a save that i dont recognize at all. It was not there the day before, nor do i remember going on a server and saving it. It's called "King of the mountain DM". Once again, i'm like 99.9% sure i never saved this. Also, there is no picture when i go to load it so i know i did not save it for a fact. Any idea on how this could have ended up in my save folder? I'm like really loving confused. Also, i didnt think this was necessary to put in help because i dont need help with the game, just really curious.

Downloaded saves usually never come with a picture.

Looks to me like someone downloaded that save, then added a 'base' onto it. They were using a different colorset, one with a larger variety of grays (they wouldn't use that ugly green on purpose). Do you play with custom colorsets?
