Yep, geared towards the "instagram/#selfie//Hashtageverything/normal" crowd. I rarely use my phone when i'm out. I don't have a problem with talking to people, I just hate talking to people who're cliquish, under-exposed, and know absolutely no other opinion other than their own. Not to mention if you do something different than them, you're either doing it to "look cool" or you're doing something that's "out". This goes for both in-person and internet confrontations, but it only bothers me when it isn't online. The guy who made this doesn't necessarily have a bad message though.
