Cool, but all the 8-bit prints are designed for "modter-sized" print scaling.  With this, it's easy to end up with inconsistently-sized pixels.  Nothing makes me nerd rage like inconsistent pixel sizes.

As long as you use the same print cube, it should be fine. I made one of my builds (before ModTer) out of 8-bit prints and 4x print cubes and it looked pretty good.
