My dad owns an e-cig business, and he needs a program that has the most options to create a logo.
The title of the store is Rockin Vapors, just incase you need the name for it.

Any help would be great.

i would suggest paint.net since some really good stuff can come out of it if u know how to use it right

but gimp works just as well
