Ask the guy his name, tell him we should really get going in case some bandits saw the lights. Stay quiet when you enter the next room over with the second guy, observe the both of them: body language, what they have on them, potential threats, and which one would have to go down first if it becomes a shootout. Make sure neither of them go back into the other room, otherwise they will see the body and the pool of blood, and question how he died of blunt trauma.
If guy #2 is friendly: offer to help them grab as MUCH food as possible, grab anything of value and scram
If guy #2 is cautious: tell him to relax, I'm on his side, we all just wanna get outta here with a little extra food and a full belly, right? Show him the duffel bag with the food
If guy #2 is violent (draws weapon, gets ready to run, w/e): unholster glock, turn off safety, issue a warning shot (if he draws a weapon, shoot his arm, if he runs, shoot the door and command him to stop, otherwise shoot into the ceiling), if he continues, kill him and guy #1
if it turns to bloodshed, get whatever I can carry and that isn't nailed down, and get the hell out of this mad house.
