Kenny vs Spenny is a hilarious TV show that aired in Canada for a couple of years. It was quite popular up there but I don't think very many people in the US know about it. It's a show about two friends (Kenny and Spenny), one emotionally fragile and the other very devious and basically evil. They cheat and break the rules of the competition in order to win, and it's really funny to watch.
It's not like a reality TV show, because the existence of the cameras is made very obvious. It's more like a gameshow with the same contestants each week.
The best part: all of the episodes have been uploaded to youtube, by the co-star of the show, Kenny Hotz.
Some of the competitions are really awkward and surprising that they were let on TV. I can't really link to all of the episodes due to some NSFW content, but they include:

"Who can wear a gorilla suite the longest?"
