Not nearly detailed enough. Nice concept for a first however.

so what should i add? trees? enemy militia planing to attack? what?

EDIT: im working on that empty base right now.

almost finished base and added a few things aswell!

the base:

the crane:

crane control:

hallway:

this is really neat lol

Maybe a overhead perspective and add some more buildings outside of the base? (barracks, research center, airbase, etc.)

Interesting concept, though there's a little lack of detail in certain areas. Add some trees and foliage for a start.

A little tip, if you turn down your Max Draw Distance in Advanced Options, the shadows for the pictures will look a lot better.

As a veteran MERP host & player, welcome to the community.

On a more serious note, I'm proud of you, for two reasons: one, you posted mini empires to gallery, your FIRST no less! Second, it's not a bunch of rainbows and spam, like some of the worst MERPs tend to be.
All said, it could use improvement.

- don't use the MERP brick pack. I know it's designed for MERP, but it takes away creativity. If you have 8 nations, all the same unit, just different color... Then it's just a bunch of rainbow troops with swords. You can't choose to have a 2-H sword, or a dagger, or dual swords, only ONE sword. You can't have a G36, it's always that mini M16. Use 2 1x1F rounds to create troops. Don't think that's popular? All the top MERP players don't use that pack. At least not the units anyways. 2 round plates, event the top one to have details. Go to Kris's MERP, Gentwo's, Prozy, Jakob, my own server. We all do this.
- your colors are bland. Lots of grey, dry grass green, and just little splotches of color
- your scale is off. It looks like you have an aircraft carrier, but realistically an aircraft carrier would be roughly 7x bigger than that. Compare the size of a troop to your boat, and now it's a tug boat.
- don't be lazy about details. If you're gonna have teleports, a 1x1F round is not it. Add some FX, some events if you know how, add some metal around it with vertical plates, etc
- those turret barrels are MASSIVE and yet your turret base is tiny. Beef up the turret, and remove 1 from the length of the barrels. Being that they're AA, you can probably just have them laying flat, people will understand if you build them right
- your crane has potential. Make a better base and tower, large truss bricks are lazy and don't make the build look well. dont make it grey
- add lights, add trees, add patrols, add troop and prisoner housing, add debris, add humvees, add LIFE to it
- it looks like you're trying to portray a scene, like some action occurring (because this isn't part of a game, it's just a build.) If that is the case, add some conflict! A prisoner is escaping, a guard went rogue, someone planted a bomb on the ship, SOMETHING! Do you okay video games to be average, or to be larger than life? Do you file taxes in GTA4 or do you mow people down with an ambulance?

All of that said, this is one of the rare cases where mini figs like this are okay. They convey action, and we won't be clicking on them for info. On a mini empires GAME server, don't use figures. Use events to signify what they have. For example, my signature politician leader's event are as such-
