i want to post pics without attaching them. how do i do that.

the img tool requires the picture from the website, not your upload name.

thats where im stuck.

You need to use the image's direct link
If it's imgur the URL should start with "i.imgur.com/" not "imgur.com/"
Puush should start like "puu.sh/"
