I'm majoring in Environmental Engineering with Hydrology as my minor. I have two years of school left before I can earn my degree and will be getting a job halfway through my senior year in college due to such high demand in my field.

Nice, same here except my field is Geomatics Engineering.  Companies grab people really early due to the high demand.  But I do work as an engineering assistant over summers.

I want to eventually start my own business making and selling audiophile headphones with a close friend

there are some "wrongs" in the industry I feel need rectification; I shouldn't be able to buy a brand new $800 headphone and have it be strictly worse than a $50 headphone from 1985

EDIT: I also wouldn't be adverse to messing around with game design with said friend on the side
