Boot DOS from USB

I have formated my USB drive to FAT32 and now I want to be able to boot DOS command line from it on other PCs.

But this is outdated and I don't know what to do on the new Rufus program.

I think there's an option from the windows storage formatter window that lets you make is an MS-DOS boot-up disk

This only works when formatting from 3.5" and 5.25" Floppy Drives and has been broken since XP anyways.
