I cannot figure how to make baseplates for all use.

I am making a server. A user told me without base-plates its all spam. The problem is that if you put plates down people cant build on them without extraordinary permission. If I save the file (map) without permissions the first time, will that fix this?

Well... I suppose you could tell users in your server to just place their own baseplates if the plates were placed by them then they should be able to build on them, if you want someone to be able to build on your baseplates, just give them build trust, the worst thing that could happen is u would have to clear their bricks..

You could make a large series of baseplates, save, and then load them as public bricks.

Building without baseplates does not make it spam, its just that so many "Noobs" tend to place unused bricks everywhere, thus being termed "Spam"

Just don't require that users use baseplates. If someone builds what is REALLY considered spam, (quote^) kick them as a warning and clear their bricks.
