K so I have an XNA (microsoft's little game framework) project sitting in Visual Studio. I added Lua support as well as RuminateGUI, so I basically have a blank slate.
What you get in exchange for your idea is an image of your idea working. and when im done ill post a link to the game and a pastebin of the source i guess
