Need help with avatars

I really don't know how to make or use avatars, someone help meh

Some people make their avatars, but a lot of people just use images they find on the Internet. Find an image you like and crop out a piece you want. Ideally, the avatar you select should be 75x75 pixels or less. You may need to scale a larger image down. To use an avatar, go to your profile and click on "Forum Profile Information" under "Modify Profile" on the left. There is an upload avatar option there.
