The staff told me, "Does I have insurance?" I told this a staff lady, "No" She said," Sorry, I cannot give you have the temporary permit driver license, Unless you have a insurance then we will give you one. Once you get temporary permit driver license for good one year." I asked to staff lady," Why I have score 75% good for a 60 days (2 month) for?" The staff lady told me. "Because You better get insurance before your test exam will be expired then you have re-do test exam everything."  Today I am going to insurance office and I will ask them get a insurance for myself without the vehicle called (SR22) allow me get the temporary permit driver license. A DMV may require an SR-22 from a driver to reinstate his or her driving privileges following an uninsured car accident or conviction of another traffic-related offense, such as a DUI.
