I watched his video and the first thing he asks is why it was routed over an active warzone. This shows he's a loving handicap from the beginning. Tons of commercial traffic was flying over Eastern Ukraine. There was a minimum flight height of around 30'000 feet imposed though. So right off the bat it's a swing and a miss.
