I'm getting latency in weird patterns

i get bad latency sometimes, but a lot of the time it rises and drops in weird patterns.

and each time is unique, sometimes the bad latency will be longer than the normal latency and vice versa

sometimes the latency will rise to 1000 and down to 80, and sometimes it goes up to 500 and down to 200

It's a problem with you ISP, and your houses bandwidth, if anybody is downloading or torrenting and pushing your bandwidth limit, then it'll do that. If not then you just have a piss poor ISP.

Blockland sorta does this when there's too much crap to send.

For example, this is how it looked on tomtoms challenge. When the jeeps stopped falling, weird sine wave latency stopped too.
