Author Topic: Post-Apocalyptic Clutter House Town  (Read 1280 times)

Can't really think of a name for this small, 2 person, (town?)place. But it's cozy nonetheless! Both were built from scraps of clutter from the Pre-War Era, and piled high. There is a small garden, so you can grow contaminated goods.

No, I didn't just randomly place a brick without looking 100 times, there's a pattern to it.  :)

Each house itself (not including furniture) takes about an 35-45 minutes to make.

Will add more houses, and better terrain later (?)

Oh Lawd, Comet got himself some hay!

You may rate x/10 I guess.

I like it!
10/10
DO you mind I use it in my Post-Apocalyptic RPG?

Thanks man, sure. I'm not exactly sure which bricks are used though. I'll PM you a link when I finished another house I'm working on.

I think I only don't have those kitchen props and those bricks.

7/10

you have a falling apart shack but you have like pristine drawers and a sofa and beds. Civilization has crumbled, and you appear to have an oven?

Remove the really good looking stuff, and it's easily 10/10. You need to go more rustic and destroyed.

Also, raise your roof. Maybe your interpretation of post-apoc life is that houses are more compact and thus the ceiling is closer, but seriously. That's about 5x high. In the average room in my house, the ceiling is about 10 feet from the floor.

It looks good but there's one problem..
It doesnt actually look like a house.
I mean like you should've built a house then made it apocalyptic.
Nice work though, your building skill is coming along very nicely.

Ok, I'll work on that.

Thanks for feedback (and furdle's)

you should make the house taller
looks really claustrophobic

That's sort of the point, but I'll make them larger.

If I was making a house from scratch, with ALL of the materials you've used I would sooner make it taller, than include an entire LIVING ROOM.

Taller. Seriously. At a minimum, the INSIDE should be 7 bricks tall, but 8 is golden.
