Bricks in tools bar on SpeedKart?

What's with random bricks ending up in my tools bar almost every time I first join a SpeedKart server?



It happens so often, though this is the first time something other than ModTer has popped up there.
They disappear after I spawn, making them completely unusable, but why are they in there in the first place?

no idea it happened to me alot of times  anyways for example you have a non-default addon from another server and you go to another server which doesnt have that specific addon  ex:
===ur in this server===
IonCannon
===other server=====
Akimbo Gun Bullet/Bot Spawn/etc  - it will jumble up and select random datablocks or bricks to use as a
placeholder to "cover up" that addon
i think it happened ever since the spectator mode was made?
althrough i never happen to see anyone doing a topic on this
