did you buy the cake or did someone make it because i want that for my birthday
Both my parents worked on baking the cake (it's made of two seperate cakes) and sticking it together last night, and this afternoon they iced and decorated it.

I've just had my birthday BBQ, and I am completely stuffed.
Had a large pork sausage hot dog, 2 thick beef burgers in a bun, chicken shish kebabs, thin skewered chicken breasts in a sweet chili sauce, BBQ chicken wings and who knows how many BBQ spare-ribs.
There was also a potato salad and golden rice, but I couldn't touch it as I needed the room for all the meat.
I may soon be in a meat-induced coma.
A very good birthday so far. Just have to wait a little bit for the ceremonial lighting of the cake plus "Happy Birthday" (which will scare my dog off). Everyone wants to do it right now, but if we do none of us will be able to try a piece since we're too full, and it defeats the point IMO to bring in a cake with candles and not try it at the time.
