North Korea isn't even a real socialist nation. It's basically a corrupt autocracy with Kim Jong-Un as the emperor surrounded by yes men who treat their people like peasants. Their is nothing socialist about it, they just uses socialist propaganda and aging weapons from China and USSR while everyone in their country starves.

Also any form of government is prone to corruption.
If you chose democratic-socialism = the head of state will turn into the king in time.

If you chose fascism = same thing.

If you chose democracy with capitalism = Basically politicians get bribed by corporations and people with hidden agendas get voted into power.

Looks like an average city in east Asia.

True Athenian Democracy was working very well until the Macedonian's conquered the city.
Of course, true democracy doesn't really work too well on a large scale for big countries like today, because it relies on people being given their positions by potluck and everyone has to vote on pretty much everything, the former of which would cause accidents from time to time as unsuitable people are chosen for roles, and the latter meaning that entire populations of millions would have to vote at the same time on any minor issue (which would be difficult to get people to do, and more difficult to get everyone equipped with the means to vote without all having to travel to Parliament each day).

I can't support a country that looks more grey in every picture than England's skies.

wow, none of them look happy :(

I'm surprised the power stayed on that long.

aren't most of those buildings uninhabited? like they rig them with electricity and everything to make it look like it is, but it isn't?

I know they do that for the border towns near south korea and china

ill only visit north Korea when its northern Korea
and even then I'll probably won't visit Korea :cookieMonster:
