Add-on is missing while in Game folder

I just put this recent file called "1 Random Brick Pack" and I made sure it was a Zip file. I put it into the Add-Ons folder, Open up blockland, and try to find it, and it's not there. This is my 12th attempt doing it. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Hmm. It just says:

Badspot should add a better error description for that.

Try unzipping it. Add-ons only have to be in a .zip to upload them to file sharing sites.

Didn't let me Unzip it. I'm using 7-Zip to do it at the same time, and it's saying: "Cannot be Opened."

That's what I'm trying to tell you guys! I've BEEN downloading it from the RTB archives. From the sites, even once from the Forums. Is it me or is the Add-on ruined?

It's corrupted on Swallow's add-on archive. I uploaded it to Dropbox though so you can download it.
