Visible Distance not working

When I spawn, the visible distance is very short, shorter than default. I try to change it, but it won't go any farther, just shorter. Any suggestions?

Hm, the console log may be completely irrelevant here, go to your environment settings>advanced and turn the visual ranges up

Do you mean visible distance? If so, I've done that and it doesn't work.

Could it be possible it's your FOV? You might have it adjusted wrong.

No FOV is fine, I setfov(90); and it didn't change, so it's not that.

Is your Graphics card too low?

If you're graphics card is too low, you might experience in-game problems that might not be fixed.
