Looks ok, idk why you did interior and then just left the ceilings though. Unless it's not finished

what do you mean? theres ceiling for every room and hallway.

The ceilings are just the bottoms of plates. You should add molding and trim to them.

They look like asbestos ceiling tiles. Looks like a little bit of artistic innovation to me, they're not unorganized.

its more paneling then the bottoms of plates. its intentional and there is trim around the rooms. the lobby has molding but its not very pronounced. I figured since it was a modern styled building the ceiling didnt really need to have crown molding and intricate designs.

Nice duped rooms
go make me another house i don't think you're working hard enough considering your wasting time making really really unhelpful posts.

I love your style, wehrmacht. Everything you make looks so minimal and sleek. I can't get enough of it.

Great use of color, too.

We get it. Let it go.

Jesus that's nice.

yes that is what i was goin for

I haven't seen something like this before, it looks so modern, sleek, and the design is very unique. Make this into a a little complex of condominiums with flower gardens.

you could totally convert this into a complex, the saves are all there haha

i dont know if this is supposed to mean that thats a bad thing or something
but i was really just testing out how itd look, you know, theres a whole thing in the op about it. rather then doing each room i made a system that essentially dupes them. not very sophisticated or advanced but i have other idea for that too.
I would've had the rooms have a variety of different furniture/layouts, and color palettes.
Just my opinion.

yea well each floor has a different wall color but i see what you mean. I've always had an idea in my mind for doing duplications in empty rooms where there are spaces on the floor that are marked and i make duplications with different combinations of furniture in those spots and then i can dupe those into the rooms for lots of variation. I haven't gotten around to trying the technique as its a bit more advanced but its certainly one i want to try.

If you haven't already, look at some buildings on the ASU Tempe Campus in Arizona. I think you could get some inspiration from the style.

At least it isn't a middle to upper class suburban home.
I think you mean "soulless tract housing stupidly built in a inhospitable desert." :-)

anyway, chill flats bruh. Roof seems like it could use some sorta parapet tho.

I also think the building could use a bit more life, like adding trees, flower bushes, and such.
