I'm unsure what exactly you mean, but to link pictures, upload em on imgur and copy/paste the BB code

You can use mediafire or dropbox to upload the colorset, and I prefer imgur for uploading pictures. Once you upload the picture to imgur, it'll provide you with a direct link to that picture. To post that picture in forums, all you have to do is type [img] (your direct link) [/img ] and it will show up
