Playing a game then the connection drops?

I was playing on a game with this other guy named tiagoamin11 then suddenly,

I have no idea what this means and it would be nice if somebody would explain what happened.

I think it means that the host stopped hosting the server while you were in it.
I could be wrong though.

Well its not that he stopped hosting it. I rejoined it only to find it still online. after playing again the same thing happened. (The image was the 2nd time)
