Best way to end terrain is to either block areas with thick foliage/trees, to create deep gorges, or to build mountains in the way. Basically anything that will stop a player from passing it. Always a good idea to proof your boundaries with invisable walls just incase players find ways to bypass them.
Never use visible or invisable basecube walls as boundaries alone.
Always try to atleast have a visible reason why the terrain ends.
