Can't Host Dedicated Servers

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work.

Also, it should be worth mentioning that I can't host any internet servers at all now

but my ports are forwarded; i double checked

so what is going on

would my IP being static have anything to do with it?

Okay, now I can only publicly host when the server isn't dedicated and is on a different port than 28000.
