Shaders no longer optional

So I had to do an OS repair, and I ended up whipping my HDD.
I reinstalled all my drivers, but, now I can't run shaders. I used to have Low toggable but now it's not.

Video card is ATI Radeon x300

I have 2 on my PC.
I have an ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics
and an ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series,
I cant help you with this except for return the ATI Radeon x300 and tell them what happened. If they cant help, your out of luck my friend.

Make sure that you get the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.
