I've no idea on the details, but they'll almost be doing what you mentioned earlier. They just lock them in a containment room while the administration decides what to do with them. MRIs, x-rays, and other machines are strictly prohibited of use for them.

most hospitals ive heard of so far all claimed they will refuse ebola patients. its nearly impossible to safely care or help them, they just kill other patients and the doctors/nurses.
