Author Topic: Screen recorder that shoots 60FPS?  (Read 575 times)

I want to try out the new 60fps feature by making a video on Blockland. Any good screen recorders that can do this?

but 24 fps is more cinematic!!!1!
obs has 60fps support i think

any decent capture software would let you pick your framerate

OBS is p good, free, and allows this

Fraps is good but I don't remember it being near as expensive.
Action! is better than Fraps and costs a bit less.

That's because it's compressing the recording while it's recording.

Fortunately there's a setting to make compression faster. Open settings and click on the advanced tab. Make sure "use multithreaded optimizations" is checked. Check the x264 CPU Preset, and set it to superfast. Disregard the warning it gives.

cant they all do 60? or 144? or 99999?
whatever you set it to

Defiantly Action!
Records 60fps 1080p without hardly even dropping fps, I'm pretty impressed.
