There's a severe lack of chatlogs here. The fact that killer claims you used the word "friend" and you just happening to leave out using harsh language in the topic makes me more than a little bit suspicious. No support until chatlogs are shown that shows admins in the wrong.
It was referring to the mod who was apparently abusive, that was the only case of use of that word or any other explicit term that was potentially highly offensive to as what I would consider overly-sensitive players, so there was no reason to act in my mind, though I assure you his story is valid other than who kicked him which was already resolved. Also it had been too long by the time I noticed this drama to get any screenshots; page-up only goes so far, that or I somehow totally missed the option for that.
And I also consider his ban on the extreme side, it should be gone at the next point he returns to the server presuming he has not done something increasingly stupid to lengthen said ban since yesterday.

as for your ban, you will have to discuss that with the said admin. (probably tenshi)
If I I'm right that glitch is more of a shortcoming in the code because when thrown the basketball is a projectile and the freekill scripts register all projectiles from prisoners that hit a guard as hurting a guard; it's been around since the freekill scripts were added; although I have never seen the scripts so that's a vast assumption based on many observations.
