Recommend me a new graphics card

My old graphics card was really terrible, and overheated easily. It ended up burning out, so we took it to a guy who cleaned it and replaced it with a new one.
That new one turns out to be even worse than the first one.

According to my pc, it's a GeForce 210, but that might not be true because the installation drivers were on this weird 3rd party cd.

What do you recommend?
