If you run wine on Linux, it kind-of is supported.

Yeah you could always try a virtual machine, however i don't know what virtual machines are supported by the operating system on the chrome book

Chromebooks work primarily on chrome apps iirc. If it isn't a chrome app, you probably can't run it.
