Most people don't like FXAA, so disable that if you want. If you get a huge performance loss, then turn the Anti aliasing setting down.
If this does not change the AA in game, go to Program settings, select Blockland, and do the same.

I normally enable these if I have my aa on x16, depends on the person's GPU and CPU though
EDIT: Threaded optimization is for mutiple CPU cores, Triple buffering is for multiple GPUs
