Cannot upload profile picture

 I tried uploading a .png picture as my profile, but it doesn't show up. Help me!

The picture needs to be 75x75
This may help unless you already have a seperate paint program for it:

It can resize the photos, and compress it if its too big. I dont think you will need to compress the picture since it shouldnt be too big
