In Ravencroft's server during a game, you need a 'voice' to be able to speak(or chat) during the said game. When you try to chat normally, it won't allow you. An admin(?) has to give you a 'voice'. It's so the players don't get distracted, so the teamchat normally gets flooded with people. At least that's what I recall.
