the 2nd computer has an apu (i think) which basically relies on ram, which that one only has 4gb of

The first one absolutly.

Anything i5 or above with Nvidia graphics will run Blockland.
You can run Blockland with 2gb+ ram depending how efficient the computer is.

the first one is on about the same level as my PC, and mine runs Blockland (with shaders) and other games pretty well.

the first one would run it better, and would allow for an easy PSU + GPU upgrade later on down the line for even better performance.
